The staff were excellent. The admission was very quick and easy. The room was lovely and clean with great facilities. The nursing and theatre staff were very caring.

I was very happy with the care and treatment I received. I was informed about next steps and the staff working with Mr Davies was very helpful and professional.
The only thing I would improve is the reception at the entrance of the hospital. The room was untidy, a person was talking loudly on the phone and there was no place to stay calm and fill the sheet that they gave me at the entrance.

A trainee was allowed to participate in my surgery without my knowledge or consent. The surgery was a failure.
